Catechists must be certified to be in classrooms.

ALL safe environment training sessions are listed on the diocesan website where you can register also. We are no longer using VIRTUS system.

SESSIONS AND REGISTRATION

STUDENT RECORDS
FOR CIRCLES OF CARE

Notify parents of your upcoming Circles of Care lessons. Opt out forms should be requested.
Each grade level completes the grade level attendance sheet. These are kept in your files.
Complete the Circles of Care Report form and submit to the Diocesan Office of Faith Formation by February 15.

STATISTICAL REPORTS ARE DUE NOVEMBER 1
Submit to your regional director.
These are then counted together in a report for Msgr. Elmer.
These become official diocesan statistic records.
